Thank you for attending our estate sale. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. **Payment Methods**: We accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, Chime, CashApp, Zell & Cash
2. **All Sales Final**: All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
3. **Removal of Purchased Items**: Purchased items must be removed from the premises at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with estate sale staff.
4. **Furniture and Large Items**
These are the responsibility of the buyer. Someone to assist may or may not be available at that time.
5. **Liability**: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property that may occur during the estate sale. Attendees enter at their own risk.
6. **Respect for Property**: Please handle items with care. Any damage caused to items or property will be the responsibility of the individual involved.
7. **Parking**: Please park in designated areas only and follow any parking instructions provided by estate sale staff.

Items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. There are no guarantees or warranties, express or implied for items sold. All sales are final.)
• Feel free to leave bids for items over $50 (See below)
• Bring help and tools needed to load large items and pick up by end of sale
• Pay close attention to safety signs/sale notices

• Request to purchase an item before or after sale hours (We simply can’t sell it!) After sale opens, no holds without payment.
• Park in or block driveway of sale
• Trespass on, drive on or block access to neighbors' property

• For winning bids, we must reach you when we call for payment/pickup arrangements.
Reminder: Bids are accepted as a courtesy for the convenience of our much-valued customers. Leaving a bid is considered a pledge to buy the item at bid price if the winner. Failure to purchase an item bid upon if called may result in loss of future opportunities to leave bids.
