* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
* Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500. There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.

* Winning bidder will receive information regarding pickup arrangements at time of invoice. Bidder will have 24 hours after auction to make appointment for pickup of the items convenient to both parties.
* We will charge your card a 15% Buyers Premium on your bid amount, Plus a 10% non refundable advance on your bid price. The balance will be paid in cash when you arrive to pick up your unit. Make sure your card on file will cover this amount.
* Example: You win the unit for $100. We add a 15% Buyers Premium. Total is $115. Then we charge your card $25 and you pay the facility $90 plus any sales tax.
* Invoicing: Usually will take place within an hour of auction close via email.
* Facility may charge a cleanup deposit at their discreation.
* Any items of personal nature, found during removal, should be left at the office.
