Welcome to Circa 36 Estate Sales! A Few Friendly Reminders:

Please DO
• Text/email with questions. We will happily answer if time allows! (We are not able to give prices before sale opens.)
• Ask questions of staff in blue at the sale
• Utilize a blue shopping basket or the holding area as needed
• Carefully examine items before purchase and ask for assistance if needed to test items when it is possible to do so. (Items sold are of a used, secondhand nature. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. There are no guarantees or warranties, express or implied for items sold. All sales are final.)
• Feel free to leave bids for items over $50 (See below)
• Pay by credit with ID or cash
• Bring help and tools needed to load large items and pick up by end of sale
• Pay close attention to safety signs/sale notices (Circa 36 not responsible for accidents)
• HAVE FUN!

Please DON'T
• Request to purchase an item before or after sale hours (We simply can’t sell it!) After sale opens, no holds without payment.
• Park in or block driveway of sale
• Trespass on, drive on or block access to neighbors' property
• Enter rooms marked "Do Not Enter" (no restrooms or fitting rooms available)

Pricing/Bidding Guidelines
• Prices are firm on first sale day but will be reduced on following day(s).
• Bids are accepted for items with original price of $50 and up.
• Bids must be over 50% of original price.
• For winning bids, we must reach you when we call for payment/pickup arrangements.
Reminder: Bids are accepted as a courtesy for the convenience of our much-valued customers. Leaving a bid is considered a pledge to buy the item at bid price if the winner. Failure to purchase an item bid upon if called may result in loss of future opportunities to leave bids.
