Our services are considered 'essential services' at this time. The health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, and customers is of utmost importance. In light of Coronavirus (COVID-19), as a matter of civic responsibility and to protect our customers who are deemed high risk by the CDC, we are implementing the following:

1.    Please do not come to the estate sale if you are sick.

2.    Please come prepared with your choice of preventive equipment such as masks, sanitizer, tissues, etc. *Masks: Across the country and in different states and municipalities, there are varying regulations on masks that are being updated regularly. Masks are a requirement at any sale where such a regulation exists or if otherwise noted in the Terms.

3.    We will be asking you to work with us in managing flow and number of people in one place at one time. We will be adhering to a strict limit of ten people (including staff) in one place at one time. Thank you for your cooperation!

4.    Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from staff and other customers.

5.    Please do not arrive at the estate sale site early. Please wait in your car if you need to.

6.    Please give yourself extra time in the event it is necessary for us to ask you to wait to go inside in order to avoid coming too close to other customers.
