Pick Up of Winning Items is scheduled for Saturday, July 17th, from from 8:00am till 2:00pm. By Appointment.

House is located in Cross Gates, Slidell / No Additional shopping will be available except for a closet full of gently used Men's Clothing. 

**When bidding on estate sale items, please note, that you are bidding on pre-owned used items. Items will have flaws, minor scratches, and may need additional cleaning and or minor repair. Please read the items details for more information about each piece and or ask questions BEFORE bidding.

If you need help with delivery of furniture, we have a reasonably priced Delivery Company that will be happy to get you a quote.

We DO NOT assist in the moving and loading of large items that you purchase. You MUST bring appropriate moving materials necessary to safely remove the item from the home, Hand Truck, Dollies, Blankets, Tools and of course the most important thing "Muscle".. We will not allow you to remove an item without proper equipment and help. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Sales tax of 8,70% will be charged and a 6% Buyers fee* will be added due to the increased costs. *Buyers fee will be waived for those who pay cash, but not the sales tax. Payment may be made in Person at time of pick up, or you may choose to pre pay via Paypal through your Invoice.

When Bidding, EMG is not responsible for your bidding results. Please be sure you understand how to bid. If you bid within the last minutes of the sale, the items time will be extended by 5 minutes each time a bid is placed and continues until the someone gives up and wins.

WINNING BIDDERS: Once the sale ends, please check your email for your Invoice for the total amount due of your winning items and information for pick up. If you do not receive an Invoice in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

WINNING BIDDERS: By Bidding: you agree to make a commitment to follow through on payment and pick up . If you do not follow through and/or make contact with EMG within 24 hours after the sale, your Invoice will be cancelled, your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder and you will no longer be able to purchase in the future from EMG. Communication is the Key..
