Our estate sales happen rain or shine, and all sales are final. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards with a $10 minimum. Buyers are responsible for moving purchased items on sale day unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. For larger items, please bring someone to assist and a suitable vehicle, or contact Desert Lotus Estate Sales for delivery options. We strive to create a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors. Items cannot be sold until start of sale, and pre-sales are not available. Our appointment only sale from the weekend will have one final day on Monday, December 8th from 9 AM to 12 PM with all remaining items half off. Please join us in the morning for wonderful vintage finds including fashion, furniture, home decor, kitchen items, electronics, tools, and building supplies. All pictures have been updated in the listing.
Please be mindful of parking as spaces are limited, and please do not attempt to park on the highway. Watch for cars exiting the driveway. We look forward to seeing you!
