PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY UNLESS REMOVING FURNITURE.
WE ACCEPT CASH, & CREDIT CARDS WITH PROPER I.D. You must present your Resale Certificate to avoid sales taxes. Digital copies accepted.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
* If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates to mark the item for you. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them.
* Inspect your items before purchase. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order.
* Prices are not negotiable. At noon the sale will close for 15 minutes, then the prices will be reduced and the sale reopened.
* Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased and must be out by 3:00 when the sale closes. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
* Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
* Doors will open at 9:00 am Sat. 12/3 and closes at 3:00pm 12/3.
* If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
* We don't offer "Pre-sales" items in order to keep it fair, first in line has first choice. Prices are clearly marked, extremely fair, and will not be published prior to the sale
