* Some items may be sold prior to date of sale with a 25% additional charge.
*Do not block the street, make sure there’s plenty room for cars to pass, and don’t block anyone’s drive.
*We accept cash, and all forms of plastic.
* A 2.6% service fee will be collected for purchases made with cards.
* Bids will be accepted on items over 100.00. Your bid must be over one-half of the original price marked. (ex: original price 200.00, a bid should be at least 101.00) The highest bid will be the winning bid.
*Your bid is a binding offer. Do not submit a bid if you are not planning on following through with the purchase. We will call all winning bidders when the sale ends. You are responsible and must be available to take our call.
*Onsite Security.
Parking / Loading:
*We absolutely cannot help you move or load your things.
*No parking in driveway.
*Large items must be removed by 4:00 PM on Last day of sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
*Again, Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to remove and transport all purchased items.
*We have limited staff onsite, and are unable to help load your items. Please ensure you have help or movers available, otherwise do not purchase large Items. Sorry.

*No returns, refunds or exchanges.
*We are not responsible for accidents. Any/all hazards have been clearly marked.
*No restrooms available.

Saturday we start our discount schedule! August 2nd @ 10:am, we will open with a 25% off discount on all items, 12:30 the prices will drop to 50% off. Several things may not be includedWe have a house full of useful, quality items to sell. This is a case of downsizing from 2 homes from two states. The house is overloaded! We have Saddles, custom made, Brahmin and Coach Purses. Lucchese Boots, so many nice clothes. Men's size Large to 2x, ladies, 6 - 8, Children's clothing, toys. Hooker Furniture. New kitchen full of stuff, Fiesta? we have boxes of Fiesta.
