Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet you must stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up.

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors Sign-Up Sheets should not be started before Midnight on the day of the sale. Parking is limited. Be respectful of neighbors driveways

This is going to be the ONLY estate sale you are going to want to hit this weekend!

The Dyer Memorial Library & Archives has been collecting, protecting, studying, displaying, and sharing information about the residents and events of Old Abington for generations. The Dyer is a unique and valuable resource for those interested in the history of the towns of Abington, Rockland and Whitman,Massachusetts that up until 1874, were all a part the Town of Abington. With that said it needs our help. For generations it has provided to the three towns and now we need to give back to help fund the library for future generations.

Please keep in mind this will in no way shape or form affect the items preserved directly connected to the three towns. The library takes great pride in preserving our history and will not be parting with anything that has a direct or an indirect connection to Abington, Whitman or Rockland. What we are selling is ONLY items the library has that do not have any ties to the three towns but still have some substantial historical value. As all our sales we will open the estate sale portion at exactly 9 am. This will entail all of the items on display in the second floor of the library. This will run till 1230pm where we will promptly start the live auction downstairs. Preview for the live auction will be from 9am to 1230pm and the dyer Memorial Library will be offering light refreshments and tours of the library with all of their current displays and holiday decorations set up during that time.

Once the Auction begins the number you received upon entry will be your bidding number and you will all have a chance to bid on the fine collectibles. Here is a list of the items up for auction along with pictures of everything for sale… PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE WILL BE NO SELLER PREMIUM OR BUYER PREMIUM FOR THIS AUCTION!!!
