Adams Auctions LLC is pleased to offer a selection of quality tools and woodworking equipment in this online-only auction. Whether you're an experienced woodworker, contractor, or tool enthusiast, you'll find items suited to your workshop or job site.

AUCTION DETAILS:

All items sell to the highest bidder. Bidding is conducted online only via our bidding platform. Lots will close in the order listed. Please note: if an item receives a bid during the final 2 minutes, bidding will extend an additional 2 minutes to prevent sniping and ensure fair competition.

CONDITION & TESTING:

Some items have been tested and are marked as such in their descriptions. Items marked "TESTED" have been connected to power and verified to power on as expected. We do not perform elaborate tests on all items, and many assessments are made through observation. We encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect and test items during removal day, subject to available power at the location. It is your responsibility to verify that items meet your needs before taking possession.

BUYER REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All purchases must be removed by the buyer at their own expense on the scheduled removal date and time at 20 Oakland Street, Amesbury, MA. Adams Auctions LLC does NOT offer removal or delivery services.

Come Prepared: Bring boxes, tools, work gloves, tie-downs, dollies, hand trucks, and any other equipment you may need for removal. Plan to uninstall any items that appear installed in photos.
No Staff Assistance: Adams partners and staff are not required to assist with removal of purchases. Please come with your own help if needed. It is courteous to tip any individuals who assist you.
Parking & Access: Plenty of parking available. Large garage door for easy load-out.
Forklift Available: A forklift and operator will be on site. If you opt to use this service, you should expect to wait, as the operator will be assisting multiple buyers.
Wait Times: You may need to wait if items are blocking access to other purchases or if the forklift operator is assisting other bidders.
Facility Details: There is a restroom on site.
TIMING & LATE ARRIVAL FEES:

Adams Auctions LLC representatives must leave the location at the published time (3:00 PM).

If you arrive after the published removal time, a staff member may not be available to wait for you.
Late Arrival Charges: $50 per hour (billed in quarter-hour increments) will be charged to your invoice to compensate staff waiting on site.
Additional Removal Day: If you cannot make the scheduled removal date, you may request an alternate day (must be approved by Adams Auctions LLC prior to auction close). Cost: $150 for the first hour, $75 per hour thereafter. Payment must be made in cash at the time of removal. There are no exceptions to this charge.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Buyer's Premium: 20% for credit/debit card and PayPal | 15% for cash, Zelle, and bank certified check
Sales Tax: 6.25% (Massachusetts)
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit card, debit card, PayPal, cash, Zelle, or bank certified check (bank certified only—personal checks not accepted)
All invoices must be paid in full before leaving the removal site.
One of our team members will contact you the day after auction closes to confirm your preferred payment method.
IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By registering and bidding, you agree to Adams Auctions LLC's full Terms and Conditions of Auction Participation, including:

All items are sold "as-is, where-is" without warranty or guarantee
You are responsible for inspecting items and inquiring about condition before bidding
Items not removed by the end of the removal window become property of Adams Auctions LLC and may be disposed of at your expense
You release Adams Auctions LLC, the business owner, and property owner from liability for bodily injury during preview or removal
You assume responsibility for any damage to the property during removal and agree to mitigate damage
Winning bids are binding contracts. Non-payment will result in legal action, including attorney's fees, a $250/month late fee, and 5.5% monthly interest
