We welcome all of our friends to this estate sale.
Parking will be along the local streets. Please be careful as this is a busy street.
Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent so we must sell them in "as is" or "as found" condition. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE bring paper, boxes AND someone to HELP YOU lift your purchases. We CANNOT lift for you . You may have to make a return appointment for pick up with a helper if you do not bring one. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day so as not to interfere with the sale. Should you be interested in purchasing an item for its listed price you may call Ruthanne at 978-394-5841. You must do this before 6pm on Thursday preceding the sale. Thank you for your patience, and your compliance.
