We welcome all of our friends to this estate sale.
Parking will be along the side of the local streets. It is critical that you do not park on the neighbor's grass. Parking will be very tight. This house has lots of uneven floors and low head room....please be careful!!!!
Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent so we must sell them in "as is" or "as found" condition. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE bring paper, boxes AND someone to HELP YOU lift your purchases. We CANNOT lift for you . You may have to make a return appointment for pick up with a helper if you do not bring one. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day so as not to interfere with the sale. Should you be interested in purchasing an item for its listed price before the sale you may call Ruthanne at 978-394-5841 or Robert at 978-852-2438. You must do this before 6pm on Thursday preceding the sale. Thank you for your patience, and your compliance.
