Cash Only. For Larger Purchases, Deposit Required and Balance Due Upon Pick-up No Later Than Sunday, May 8th, 3:00 pm.
All items sold As Is/No returns or refunds.
Not responsible for accidents.
Please bring help to load large items.
Please bring your own packaging, we have some.
No Bags allowed in the house, including Large Hangbags.
No Children Under the Age of 13.
We do not give prices in advance.

Numbers are given out at 8:00am. If you start a Sign Up Sheet you must be there when the numbers are given out. We open at open at 9:00 no earlier. Out of respect for our neighbors, please park courteously. Please don’t forget to bring wrapping/packing supplies. Lots of delicate items.

We are downsizing.

 - Beautiful 3 piece Danish Teak  Dining Room  Set with Lighted Two Piece Hutch. Bottom: 61"W x 32.5" H x 19"D with three wood doors: one section has 5 pullout draws, and two sections have two shelves each. Top: 58"W x 39"H x 15"D has three glass doors and each section has 3 shelves.  Oval Table with 2 Leaves hidden inside table and 6 Chairs - 70.5" long X 45" wide without leaves. When both leaves are in, it can seat 10-12 people comfortably.  Also have protective table pad. Buffet piece with cabinet area below. Top flips for extended serving area... 32.5" High X 46.5" wide X 18.5" Deep
