This home was built in 1750 and is a gem!  The owners are preparing to move and need to rid the garage, shed, attic of "stuff" prior to selling the home and its entire contents.  This is the first sale - there will be another in the spring and when the house sells, the entire contents will be sold.  Do not be fooled, however, it's not your run-o-mill "garage sale."
