Maximum entrance attendance will monitored to adhere to building fire codes.
Payment is by Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash and is payable on the day of the sale.
Help is provided to move and load items on the day of the sale.
Items are to be removed on the day of the sale, alternate truck pick up times can be arranged with the manager of the sale.
Hemenway & Associates will not warehouse purchased items and all items must be picked up within 10 Days.

Colonial Candies (by the Hebert’s Candy Family) is closing down its
A full service candy store, a full chocolate making kitchen, and an ice cream bar were the highlights of this location,
Contents of the sale include restaurant equipment, chocolate molds, furniture, glass,metal and wire display racks,
store displays and decor, brand new discounted merchandise, gently used clothing, seasonal and holiday decor,
and much more.
Sale begins at 8am. Sign up sheet will be available at the front entrance, and numbers will be
handed out starting at 7am.
Parking for the sale is located in the front and back parking lots of the building.
