We sometimes have wrapping materials but not always. We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for our customers on sale day however the client may periodically decide to keep some pictured items at their discretion. Please contact us to confirm availability. We do not provide pricing pre-sale (unless it is an online sale!) and will not respond to inquiries asking for pricing. For "in-person" sales, please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles if one were needed in the area. For "in-person" sales, numbers are given out at 7:30 with doors opening at 9:00 a.m. Please do not begin a sign up list - it just gets too complicated! You must be present to receive a number. This is a great sale filled with West Elm MCM Style Furnishings, Collectibles, Baseball Memorabilia, Artwork, Vintage XMas, and more! The parking is a bit tricky but absolutely manageable! There is a parking garage on Mass Ave. OR you can find metered parking both on Mass Ave and on the surrounding side streets! If you park illegally, there is a fair chance you will receive a ticket - especially on Saturday as Sunday, parking at the meters is free. When you get to the sale, one of us will be downstairs at 7:30 to give out numbers for a prompt 9:00 a.m. opening. We will have a person at the entrance to the building until 9 a.m. After 9 a.m., there is security to let you in. Let them know that you will be coming to the estate sale in apartment #607!
