This Stunning contemporary high rise on Commonwealth Ave in Boston features high design, traditional and everything in between! While it was a joy photographing all of these beautiful items in this gorgeous setting, we were up against tough building rules which required us to move everything after photographing to a space in West Bridgewater. Do not be confused when you get your invoice and the pick up location is not in Boston! You will be retrieving your purchases in a MUCH easier location!

Sale begins online on Saturday, December 5th at 9 a.m. We will have Pick-Ups Appointments for those who purchased online (link will be in your invoice) as well as Appointment Only Customers (your link for appointments is right below!)

For ONLINE SALES (beginning on December 5th).

1. Beginning on Saturday, December 5th, TEXT what you would like to buy to 774.922.2630. Please know that if you email or call we will only review those after we have recorded all the orders that were texted in!!! Also - remember, we can get up to 60 texts in a minute! Once you get confirmation via text that we received your order, please expect an invoice to follow within a few hours! It will need to be paid pretty much right away as we cannot mark items SOLD until they are PAID for!

2. Be sure to give us the item number and quick description, or, if there is no item number, you will need to provide a more detailed description of the item!

3. For us to send you an invoice, we will need your name, phone number and your email. You will receive an email with an invoice: pay the invoice. All items ARE STILL FOR SALE UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT!

4. Arrange for a time to pick up your item through Sign-Up Genius (we will send you the link IN YOUR INVOICE). We will be at the pick up location specific hours on specific days -- You will need to pull up to the house and open your vehicle. We will place the item(s) into your car. You may also shop the house at this time as well! Don't forget your mask! When you make an appointment to PICK UP your items you do NOT have to also sign up for an Appointment Only slot!

5. If you need a mover, we can arrange that for an additional fee depending on what is being moved and to what town.

Lastly, I have tried to put as much info below each picture as possible. If you need more pictures or measurements or information about condition, I am happy to provide this for you! At the beginning of the sale, the prices are the prices. They are already "pandemic" prices. Please do not ask for a discount on the beginning of a multi-day sale! We are trying to do the best job we can for our client while offering great stuff at rock bottom prices. As the sale comes to a close - which isn't till Saturday, December 12th- we can be more flexible on pricing!
