Brewster Cleanout - Everything is FREE - Sat 08/20, 10-12 Only

First, bring a suitable vehicle and someone to help you load.  Park on the right hand side of Breakwater Rd, The Channel Way or Governor Prence Rd.  Walk into the property at 47 Governor Prence Rd.  Please do not drive into driveway until you are ready to pick up what you want.  

Bring masking tape, painter's tape or stickers to label anything large with your name.  Anything tagged with your name will be held for no more than 1 hour (we don't want people to tag things and then not take them).  Let one of the workers know you are getting your vehicle to pick up what you want.  The roads are tight and the driveway is a horseshoe drive so we don't want vehicles to get congested and you'll upset the people behind you if you dilly-dally.

Just about everything is in very nice condition and well-cared for.  There two twin beds, two full-size beds and one queen bed.  There is one set of twin matt & B.S., older but clean and exc. condition.  Three sets of full matt's & B.S's., older but clean and exc. condition.  One set queen matt & B.S., older but clean and exc. condition.  Dark pine bedroom set (VG). maple dresser (VG), two matching cabinets w/bookcase hutches (VG), antique oak dresser and mirror (exc), two matching end tables (VG), large pine dining table (VG), antique oak dining table w/3 leaves (exc), three upholstered wing chairs (VG), two leather recliners (older, clean, good cond), two sofas (older), iron liquor cart, iron sofa (no cushions), large oriental rug, a couple 6 x 9 oriental rugs, oriental runner carpet, some lamps, stool, dining chair, small table, garden and yard tools, garden chemicals, blankets and towels and more.  See pics.
