Welcome to Upscale Tag Sales Terms and Conditions for Online Estate Sales

ONLINE AUCTION:
PICK UP LOCATION: Brookline, MA
PICK UP DATE: SATURDAY, APRIL 8 from 11 am - 2 pm ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not available during this timeframe, please do not bid. We will have other auctions :) Items not picked during these hours will be considered abandoned without refund. Please do not call for alterative pick up days or times.

Bids will not be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.

WINNING BIDDERS:
1. Winning Bidders get the Pick Up Address sent via email. Check your spam folder.
2. Check the dashboard to confirm that you will receive auction win information via EMAIL OR TEXT.
3. Winning Auction emails and invoices can also be accessed on the dashboard AFTER the auction closes.
4. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items and packing materials, if needed. Onsite assistance is NOT PROVIDED.
5. Pick up is first come, first serve. Please provide enough time to move out and pack up during the allotted timeframe.

LIMITED SHIPPING if offered:
1. Available for items that fit into USPS FLAT RATE BOXES.
2. Email us at upscaletagsales@gmail.com to confirm an item can be shipped.
3. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER CONTACT UPSCALE TAG SALES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE if you want items shipped. Email us at upscaletags@gmail.com. Shipping requests WILL NOT be accepted on pick-up day or outside of the first 24 hours after auction close.
4. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $100 or more.
5. A $10 transport / handling fee will be add to your shipping invoice from UPSCALE TAG SALES.
6. You will receive an invoice from UPSCALE TAG SALES for shipping costs within 72 hours. Once paid, your purchases will be shipped within 48 hours. Failure to follow the instructions may result in delayed or denied shipping. Upscale Tag Sales is NOT Responsible for such items during transport.

SPECIALTY SHIPPING if offered:
1. For items that do not fit in USPS flat rate boxes or requires special packing, we use a 3rd party shipping company. They will charge you packing and shipping fees.

3.IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER CONTACT UPSCALE TAG SALES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE to make a formal shipping request. Email us at upscaletags@gmail.com.
4. A $10 transport / handling fee will be invoiced to you from UPSCALE TAG SALES.
5. Your items will be dropped off at the Saugus, MA UPS Store on Broadway. It is your responsibility to coordinate payment with UPS. Please contact us for this service. Upscale Tag Sales is NOT Responsible for such items during transport and once dropped off at UPS.
