WHAT: Burlington Estate Sale - PHASE 1 - Make a pile, get a deal. Some items priced/some not....

...This is Phase 1. Phase 2 will include new inventory (from full basement)

WHEN: Sat October 24, 2026 - 9am - 3pm....

WHERE: (will show address later in week for our Burlington, MA Estate Sale)

... A signup sheet will be put out on Sat, 8am. (used to let people enter in orderly fashion, #1, then #2, etc. Please do NOT start your own list, we will not honor it. It will be on a small table near house in driveway).
