This will be a cash and carry sale. Local checks will be accepted with pre approval by on site coordinator. Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Debit Cards will be accepted also. Alternate pick up times can be arranged for any large items purchased that cannot be taken the day of the sale. Items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than three days after sale ends. All collectible and fragile items must be removed by purchaser, we will not wrap or transport these pieces once they are purchased. Boxes & some wrapping material will be provided for customer's use. We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this and enjoyable experience. Delivery of furniture can be arranged with on site coordinator for a delivery charge.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE. PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PREVIEW & INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE BUYING. WE DO GIVE GUARANTEES ONLY ON GOLD & SILVER, NO OTHER GUARANTEES GIVEN. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT ITEMS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.

This will be a first come first served sale, so get there early to get a good spot in line. Numbers will be handed ( if necessary) beginning at 7AM the morning of the sale. If you wish to start a sign up sheet feel free to do so, but remember you must be present once on the sheet to assure your place in line. However, please do not arrive prior to 4 AM out of respect for the home owners and neighbors. If you have any questions about the sale or about any of the items in the sale please feel free to email or send a text message to the number provided. All emails and texts will be promptly returned
Please note; this is an estate tag sale and not a typical garage or yard sale. You will see items in the sale that are antique and possibly expensive. Please be diligent of the items around you while you attend and be as carefual as possible when handling items. Our friendly staff will be present to assist you any way we can.

You will find loads of fine art, fine furniture included mid-century, collectibles, home & kitchen wares, fabulous vintage & antique rugs, crystal, sterling silver, jewelry and many pieces of ladies designer clothes, handbags and shoes with names like Chanel, Hermès, Akron, Josef Aboud, Michael Kors, Armani and many more. Please look at pics for all the pieces. Several hundred pieces of ladies designer clothing, too much to list.
Many, many high end Akris ladies suits, over $2000 retail each, priced to sell.
Former owner is a local artist whom is featured in galleries and is selling off many of their pieces. Dozens upon dozens of pieces of art as well as hundreds of high end frames in all shapes and sizes.
The former owner has moved out and the many treasures that remain are up for grabs. Please look at photos and check back often for updates.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING IN CHARLESTOWN CAN BE A LITTLE TRICKY. THE SALE IS LOCATED ONLY ONE BLOCK FROM THE BUNKER HILL MONUMENT WITH NUMEROUS STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. YOU GREAT CUSTOMERS COMING TO THE SALE MAY NEED TO PARK AND WALK A BIT. IF ITEMS ARE PURCHASED YOU CAN THEN PULL IN THE SINGLE CAR DRIVE WAY TO LOAD.
ALSO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOME RATHER ON ADJACENT STREETS ONLY WITHIN SECONDS OF THE HOME WHICH RESIDES ON A CORNER LOT. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS WITH YOUR PARKING AND DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS ETC. PLEASE PARK ACCORDINGLY .
