This house is located on Stage Island Rd, a private and somewhat narrow road.  Parking is not available in front of the home, but there is a driveway for loading only.  Please park on the causeway (Morris Island Rd) at the beginning of the neighborhood and either walk to the house (2 or 3 minute walk) or we will have two vehicles picking people up to give rides.

No junk here!  All Quality.  High end contemporary with some antiques.  Lots of Danish Modernism pieces including table with 10 chairs (original owner paid over for $4000 for this set, our price is a fraction of that amount), Danish lamps, Danish tables, Danish corner cabinet, leather Chesterfield Couch, Danish modernism wool rugs, some eastlake style furniture (including rare style seat), arts and crafts style pieces with bench, high quality early American reproduction furniture, pottery, china (lots of blue and white), garage items, yard items, concrete planters, paintings, prints, quilts, bedding, some clothing,  etc.  All priced to sell.

This Sale Rating:  Gold

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum.

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone.

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Sunday November 19th

Sunday 9AM to 2PM.  All items not sold at 2PM on Sunday are to be auctioned to the highest bidder.

321 Stage Island Rd

Chatham MA 02633

Special Instructions:

If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
