- Only come if you are comfortable with those policies.  There is no way for us to enforce distancing policies within the house, so it will be on you, the customer, to self police yourself.  

- Parking at this sale is pretty bad.  The road in front of the house is narrow and the driveway is for loading only.  You may have to park a couple of streets away and walk to the sale.  

Description:  

Antique and mid-century era furniture, household goods, bedroom furniture (some excellent pieces for rentals or cottages), Hitchcock beds, audio equipment, garage items, Large antique weather vane, paintings, prints, nautical themed pieces, beach items, wood, some tools, etc.  All priced to sell.  

This Sale Rating:  Silver

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum. 

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!  

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.  

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone. 

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Special Instructions:

Parking at this sale is terrible.  The road in front of the house is narrow so you may need to park a few blocks away and walk in.  The driveway is for loading only.   If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
