Chatham Estate Sale

Unfortunately we are going to have to put the sale off until next week 2/6 and 2/7 and the week after 2/13 and 2/14. 

Description: 

This is a two week sale.  The first week (Friday 1/30 and Saturday 1/31) is the basement and first floor.  The 2nd week (Friday 2/6 and Saturday 2/7) is the 2nd floor and contents of the attic.  

 Everything must go! The house is actually going to be torn down so when I say everything must go, I mean everything!  As you can see from the photos, there is a tremendous about of material in this house.  But I am also selling architectural pieces, crystal chandeliers, cabinets, appliances, literally everything except the front door.  The house is loaded with antiques and furniture, but it was lived in so there is also typical modern household items such as flat screen TV's, books, cooking utensils, tools (lots of tools), paintings, prints, glass, china, outdoor furniture, lawn ornaments, and much more.  

There is so much material that it will be impossible to sort through it all by sale day, for that reason many bigger pieces will be marked, but most items will be priced as they come out of boxes the day of the sale. 

Unfortunately because of the amount of material, I am only going to allow 15 people in the house at a time until a lot of the items are sold.  There is simply no space for more people to walk around.  I will begin handing out numbers about 7AM.  I really don't like to limit the number of people in the house and hand out numbers but for this house it is necessary.

Special Instructions:

The house is located at the end of a short gravel driveway.  Please do no park in the driveway so that it can remain open for loading only.  Please park on the road, please keep off of other homeowner lawns and  don't block traffic.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
