Sale will be held on first floor only. Out of consideration for disabled tenants we ask that you please do not stand or block the walkway or porch and Please no early birds. A limited amount of people will be let in at a time. Please bring help to load large items, We have a small amount of bags so please bring your own. We are Not responsible for Accidents, Parking is limited on weekends so please be considerate when parking and do not block any driveways. All sales are final, all items are sold as is with no warranty and there will be no refunds so please look over items carefully prior to purchasing. Payment will be excepted in form of cash or credit for amounts over $100. (fees apply), checks will not be accepted.
