All items sold as is and all sales are final.
We can and will help you to remove your purchases from the home as long as it isn't during a time of heavy traffic. Delivery can be arranged for a fee. Pick up for large items can be arranged for a later date. The amount of time available for pick up changes: work with us and we will work with you.
Numbers are given out at the time stated below. Should you arrive prior to that time please check to see if a list has been created. You must be present to receive a number.
We do not give out prices before the start of the sale but we are happy to answer any other questions you may have.
We welcome out of state buyers.

Featuring:

Unique custom made furniture in luxurious fabrics, with carved frames, and goose down: you can't go wrong if you're looking for a statement piece!

Standout pieces include a high back burgundy sofa with matching rolled arm benches and lion head detail, over-sized tufted ottoman and fainting couch.

Most furniture was custom built on the West Coast but you will also find a few antiques including a Scandinavian hand carved armoire and Victorian sideboard.   

Many fine art hand embellished and numbered art prints. 

Original art from award winning Iranian/American artist Darvish Fakhr. 

Home decor

Over-sized mirrors

Persian rugs including both antique, vintage and new. Standing out from the crowd is the Persian Tabriz, in fish or Mahi design and a Persian Kashan, of all natural dyes, circa 1910.

Numbers will be given out at 8 AM. Should you arrive prior to 8 AM please check to see if a list has been started and add your name to the list. You must be present at 8 AM to receive a number. Once the line subsides no number is needed: come on in and make yourself at home!
