Pickups will be by appointment on dates yet to be determined but we will work with you to accommodate your schedule and the HOA requirements.

All items are sold as-is and whereis. All sales are final. Absence of condition description does not indicate absence of damage. Bidders must ask all questions prior to the start of the auction's soft close, and rely solely on their own visual inspection of the images provided. An 18% buyer's premium is added to all winning bids. All sales are final. Please bring packing materials for fragile items. We do not provide assistance moving heavy objects, boxes, tape, or packing materials.

ConsignWorks, Inc. reserves the right to ship with USPS or UPS *IF THE ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING*. All requests for shipping will be completed within 10 business days of the close of the auction. Your card on file with LiveAuctioneers will be charged. Once the package is picked up you will receive an email with the tracking number. If your card on file is declined and you fail to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages, your items will be considered forfeited without refund. If you request shipping for an item that is not eligible for shipping your order is forfeit and no refund will be issued.
