For some reason, sometimes the GPS may take you to the wrong home (but in the right neighborhood). The correct home will have a real estate sign in the front yard, along with my estate sale sign. If you don’t see that, keep looking.
Quality over quantity, however there is good quantity as well. Antique, Mid-Century and contemporary furniture, lots of books, artwork, prints, good pottery (lots of really nice studio pottery from all over), Mid Century Modern Teak, beds, designer clothing, lots of useful tools, photography books and developing material (pans, camera parts, etc), garage items, basement items, kitchen items, decorative pieces, two small boats, two outboard motors, two canoes, metal patio set, gas grill (needs some replacements inside), Large size Anvil with related pieces for Blacksmith/metal working, 19th century Miller Falls lathe and scroll saw with foot petal, etc. All priced to sell.
The two kayaks were made by John Pennell (He is referenced in several AMC whitewater guide books from the 60’s and 70’s) who is a renowned kayak builder (a couple of his kayaks were in the ‘72 olympics). The orange boat is referred to as a Pennell-Bennet kayak (the 2 designers). It has a Kevlar hull and was vacuum bagged during the manufacturing process to make it lighter.
This Sale Rating: Gold Level Sale

Platinum: A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality. Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items. A sale not to be missed. Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating. If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!
Gold: Good clean quality sale. Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.
Silver: Nice mixture of material. Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone.

There should be plenty of parking on the street. If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want. Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.
Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day. Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale. On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
