Moving Sale with antiques

Saturday, June 15 from 9am-4pm. 

Address is 135 Court Street, Dedham.

This sale has lots of antiques with German and British influence, and the artistic talents of the owners.  One is a career silversmith and the other was a talented painter.  The following is a partial listing of the items for sale. 

FURNITURE:  Three quarter walnut bed, mahogany leather top coffee table, wooden trunk, Victorian dresser, mahogany whatnot tables, wardrobe steamer trunk, child’s desk, rolling chairs, country kitchen table with leaves, 4 chairs, dining room side board, carved wooden bench, twin bed, electric reclining chair, cherry wheeled chair, stool, folding step stool.

KITCHEN:  cookbooks,  baking pans and molds, Kitchen Aid mixer, cast iron and enamel frying pans, microwave, canister sets, serving and mixing bowls, cake plate, wine rack, salt and peppers, antique Limoges tea and luncheon china set, vintage Stetson tea set, pottery and ceramic pieces. 

SILVERSMITH WORKSHOP:  unique hand tools and electric tools for metal work.  Scrap metals of fine silver, copper, and brass.  Molds, jewelry cutting and sanding tools, carving wax, disc cutters, steel ring and bracelet sizers, carving tools, vices, torch lighters, gem stones, beads, jewelry making accessories, enamel paints, and books about jewelry design.

JEWELRY:  lots of fun and unique costume jewelry and jewelry made from fine silver. 

ART RELATED:  water color paintings by owner and other artists. Large folding easel, artist sketch pads and block, paint brushes, water color and acrylic paints, drawing pencils, portfolio case, maps, large Asian scroll, posters, pen and ink pictures, oil paintings, and books related to art.

PHOTOGRAPHY:  old cameras by Leca-Flex, Alfa Karat, Voightlander, and Kodak. 

SPORTS:  antique cricket stick, Flexible Flyer sled, golf clubs, hockey sticks, fishing poles and full tackle box, old lures, tetherball pole, paddleball, ice skates, hand weights, hand strengtheners. 

WORKSHOP and YARD:  miscellaneous hand tools, wheelbarrow, have a heart trap, steels buckets, planters, large steel window fan, bird feeders, shoe spikes for ice, deer antler.

BOOKS:  large collection of very old to current books.  Fiction and nonfiction.  History, politics, religion, war, travel, art, business, and much more. Many antique first editions. 

OTHER:  Classical record albums, antique Christmas ornaments, quality bedding and blankets of wool, cotton, and down.  Designer pillows, fabric, purses, perfumes, trinket boxes, antique suitcases, doll furniture with old storage box, lighters, brass, copper, and silver plated urns and figures, baskets, antique children’s toys, sewing box, games, seashells and sea glass.
