East Dennis Estate Sale

Description:  

Some GPS’s might call this South Dennis (Google does), some might say Dennis or East Dennis, however there is only one 37 Winding Way in Dennis.

Nice clean house with furniture, kitchen items, garage items, art, prints, rugs, glass, china, etc.  The family really needs to move the furniture so it is priced to sell quickly.  Most of it is very clean and shows only little wear.    All priced to sell.

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street.  If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
