Upgrade your furniture from a charming ski lodge on the grounds of Jiminy Peak in Hancock MA.  Mrs. Clean definitely lived here, so the belongings she is releasing are in great shape, and she had great taste too!

9351 Mountainside Dr., Hancock MA  (Hancock shares a zip code with Lanesborough -- keep this in mind when you use Google Maps or another navigation system)  This is a by appointment only sale.  Please do not just show up, you won't be admitted. Please do not park in any other unit's driveway!

We must restrict access due to parking limitations and our continued regard for safe practices for restricting the spread of COVID-19.  In order to give all interested parties equal chance to view and bid on items, we are structuring this sale as a by appointment only sealed bid auction for the major pieces of furniture and the rugs.  There are two opportunities to view the furniture and rugs and bid  (see below for terms).  There are very limited smalls at this sale and they will be available for outright purchase at both sessions listed below:

• Sunday March 14  from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
• Tuesday March 16   from 4:00 - 6:00 pm 

Winning bidders will be announced by email Wednesday March 17  3-5pm.  Pick up will be Sunday March 21 from 11-1 or Saturday March 27 from 11 - 1.  or, by prior arrangement at another time for an additional charge.   CLICK HERE to sign up

Great opportunity for rental home owners and new home owners to up grade their furnishings with high quality items at bargain prices.  Choose the appointment day that best suits you, we will be conducting the sale of the furniture and rugs as a sealed bid auction.  We will suggest a price for each item and you will complete a bid sheet with your best confidential bid.  We will make final decisions on awarding items the morning of Wednesday March 17, according to the highest bids.  Our seller says all must go, so bid at any level and you might win! 

We structure our sealed bid sales this way so that you do not need to be concerned about being in the first time slots, or even the first day we are offering this sale in order to "win" an item,  just bid your best bid and let the magic of the market work.  There are very limited smalls available.   Click the link above to sign up.    Please reserve your time by paying a $25.00 fee which will be refunded to you when you show up at your appointed time . Please be sure to cancel your appointment if you can't make it.  No refunds of the reservation booking fee if you do not show up on time and do not call with a reasonable explanation subject to our sole discretion.

We are trying to control the flow of cars as much as shoppers, so, if you are a couple, or two friends arriving in the same car, please sign up for only one slot.    Maximum capacity in this home according to the newly announced guidelines is 16 people including staff and we are only providing 8 slots per half hour.  DO NOT PARK in someone else's driveway.  Masks required.
