Harwichport Estate Sale

Covid Rules: Subject to change if the state rules change.  Unless you have just come out of a 10 month coma, these should all be standard by now.  

1) Only 10 people allowed into the house at one time, only 25 on the property

Description:  

Parking is bad.  It is marked “No Parking” on the road, however the Harwich police said that if people just park on one side there should not be a problem.  The driveway is for loading only. 

There is a lot more in this sale than what is pictured. Family is still deciding what to keep and leave behind so I only took photos of items that are in the sale for sure.  Lots of antiques, books, furniture, almost brand new Crate and Barrel sectional couch, rugs, clothing, decorative pieces, kitchen item, pet items, outdoor statuary, garage items, basement items, china, glass, pottery, small decorative pieces, lots of holiday decorations, etc.  All priced to sell.  

This Sale Rating:  Silver / Gold

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum. 

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!  

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.  

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone. 

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Special Instructions:

Parking is bad.  It is marked “no Parking” on the road, however the Harwich police said that if people just park on one side there should not be a problem.  The driveway is for loading only.  If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
