Harwich Estate Sale

Description:  

As you can see from the photos, there is a lot of work ahead of us this week getting things out of boxes, but it will still be a digapalooza so who knows what you will find.  

While there is some household furniture and decorative pieces, the sale is heavily made up of collectibles.  The former owners like to “hoard” certain collectible areas.  There are (19) 1940’s-1960’s Raleigh and Columbia Bicycles (priced between $60-$100 each), there are probably 100 radios from the 1920’s-1980’s with many 1940’s-1950’s models, there is a collection of Volkswagon items (toy cars, trinkets, posters, etc), Disney collectibles, hundreds of National Geographic magazines going back to 1914, books, collection of small clocks, tubes for radios, salesman sample RCA tube kits, signs, toys, puzzles, knick-knacks, vintage clothing (with fur coats), literally thousands and thousands of pieces.  Ebay sellers should come and stock up on inventory.  All priced to sell.

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street.  If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
