* We accept CASH only. ( Local checks may be accepted on approval. )No Venmo etc... Cash just means cash. Sorry...Bank is a few miles up the road at CVS... This is an owner run sale.
*We only have room for 12 cars at a time on lawn, and a few pick slots too. There is NO Street parking on Hayden Rowe allowed!!! Parking on site will be prioritized for those picking large items and people with ambulatory issues. Also parking on Wild Street will be available for parking. Please consult your maps as to where Wild St is.
* Most sold things sold are deleted each evening.
*PRICES will be discounted 30 to 50% except a few things marked "firm" on Monday and Tuesday.
