1) Monday we have room to park about 6 CARS ON SITE as lawn will be wet. **Parking with APPTS WILL GET PREFERRED ENTRY** Appt. is per car can be up to about 4 persons per car... (Town Ordnance has NO STREET PARKING allowed on Hayden Rowe or Chestnut St. ) Legal parking is on Wild St off Chestnut St a long block away. Please make an appt if you think you are coming and want to park closer.
2) Enter on to lot on Chestnut St please, look for signs . (Hayden Rowe can be used for right turn exit, left turn not recommended it RT 85!)
3) I CAN"T TEXT, I get Optical Migraines from the light emitted from Smart phones & devices, so calls only please on # listed.
4) We accept CASH & Local checks on approval. This is an owner run sale. NO CC's, sorry. There is a Bank at local CVS.
5) PRICES: Tuesday most things will be 50% Off. (Sterling, better art & a few other items not.)
6) If you are coming from Over an Hour or so, and interested in specific items, you can inquire to see if they are still available . I will answer messages on phone and email as often as I am able. Things SOLD are being DELETED and updated each day.
