Hyannis Estate Sale (Digapalooza)

Description:  

As you can see from the photos, this house is chock full, and we have our work cut out for us this week.  There is no possible way to go through everything so feel free to come and dig through boxes.  We will be pricing larger pieces and obvious display items, but most items will be priced on sale day as you pull them out of the boxes.  Come and find treasure!  Sale includes books, records, lots of decorative items especially mid-century asian pieces, furniture, Danish Mid-Century sideboard, some mid-century chairs, artwork, paintings, prints, clocks, lamps and lots of lamp parts, household items, mid-century kitchen items, books, books and more books!, beds, bedroom furniture, basement items etc.  All priced to sell.  

The house is pretty dark and lighting is poor.  Please bring a flashlight, especially if the day is overcast (they are calling for rain on sale day).  

This Sale Rating:  Bronze/Silver

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum. 

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!  

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.  

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone. 

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street.  If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
