Upgrade your Furniture for Thanksgiving! We received lots of great bids on most items on Sunday.  Rest assured, your bid is still in the running. 

Contents of beautiful Lenox condo.   Sale must be conducted as a by appointment sale due to condo rules and the need to restrict the number of cars parked in the cul de sac for safety.  Please do not block any driveways or park on New Lenox Rd.  

The major furniture and  walnut upright Yamaha piano   will be sold by sealed bid auction.  In a sealed bid auction, you will have three opportunities to sign up for a viewing and complete a bid sheet with your best offer.  We will open the bids at the end of the last viewing and the highest bid will be accepted. 
 

Pick up of sealed bid items must be arranged at a mutually convenient time before November 25 

Smalls such as lamps, art, collectibles and kitchen ware can be purchased during your visit.   We have a lovely set of Villeroy and Boch French Garden Fleurence and a charming Ceralene Hawthorn Limoges tea and coffee set.
