We must restrict access to legally conduct a sale in this upscale community. For that reason, and, to give all interested parties equal chance to view and bid on items, we are structuring this sale as a by appointment only sealed bid auction for the major pieces of furniture and the rugs. There are two opportunities to view the furniture and rugs and bid (see below for terms). The smalls will be available for outright purchase at both sessions. Pictures of these will not be posted until late Thursday Oct. 1 as we do not have access to the condo until then.
- Thursday October 1 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm smalls will be available for purchase
- Saturday October 3 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm smalls will be available for purchase
Winning bidders will be announced the final evening. Pick up will be Sunday October 4 from 11:00 -1:00
Great opportunity for rental home owners and new home owners to up grade their furnishings with high quality items at bargain prices. Choose the appointment day that best suits you, we will be conducting the sale of the furniture and rugs as a sealed bid auction. We will suggest a price for each item and you will complete a bid sheet with your best confidential bid. We will make final decisions on awarding items at close of business Saturday October 3, according to the highest bids. That means you do not need to be concerned about being in the first time slots of appointments or even the first day we are offering this sale, just bid your best bid and let the magic of the market work.
