1. We accept cash and credit cards with proper I.D.
2. We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own.
3. Please do not park in the driveway unless removing furniture.
4. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing.
5. Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale. Discounts will occur after the first day.
6. Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased two hours prior to closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.
7. Please bring your own help for large or heavy items.
8. Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
9. Doors will open at the published time, not before.
10. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
11. Please do not bring food, drinks or large shopping bags into the house. We provide shopping baskets and wrapping materials for your purchases.
12. We don't do pre-sales or publish prices prior to the estate sale.
13. We do not honor any written sign-up lists. We provide numbers which will be posted on the front door of the property by 8:00PM the night before the sale. Please take one number per person to ensure your place in line.

It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk.
