Condition:
All items are sold “as is”, with no warranties or returns. Buyers must review all photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.
Shipping:
Large Items (Furniture, Sculptures, Large Paintings): BRETTON ART does not provide shipping. Buyers must arrange their own transport.
Other Items: Shipping can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Insurance is available upon request.
Payment:
Full payment, including shipping fees if applicable, must be completed within the specified time after the auction closes. Items will be released only after payment is received.
Final Sales:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented by certified expert documentation within 7 days of receipt.
Liability:
BRETTON ART is not responsible for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction after transfer to the carrier. Buyers assume all risk once items leave our possession.
