We do not have the staff to help you load your vehicle, so please bring help and the appropriate vehicle to move heavy items. Not responsible for any accidents on the property.
Occasionally owner may remove items before the sale and we try to update the listing to reflect the omission. Thank you for understanding.
Items will be sold "as is," "where is," and "without warranty," whether express or implied. Unless noted, lighting and electronics have not been tested and should be evaluated prior to use.

This is another wonderful in-person estate sale by Modern Design Antiques. Dates: Saturday, 14 November from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, 15 November from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. A sign-up sheet will be out Saturday at 7:30 a.m. To make it fair for everyone there is no early buying and no holding of items unless specifically listed below. Please park considerately, on one of the road as indicated by signage. We do not have the staff to help you load your vehicle, so please bring help to move heavy items. Payment accepted: Cash, Known Checks, Venmo, PayPal and Credit cards. We hope to see you there, thank you.
