Marstons Mills Estate Sale

Description:  

The highlight of this sale is a 1963 Army Surplus Jeep.  It was last registered in 2019 and has not been driven since.  16,335 miles on the odometer.   It is being sold “As is, where is”.  There is no way to test drive it since it is not insured, but you are welcome to inspect it on sale day.  Payment by cash or bank check only.  Asking price is 9,000.  If more than one person shows up to buy it at 9,000, we will take offers over that amount with the highest offer taking the jeep.   

Sale also includes antique furniture, prints, paintings, duck decoys, boats, garage items, decorative items, etc.  All priced to sell.

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street.  If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
