Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a great Medfield Estate Sale on Friday December 1^st from 9am -2pm. You will find antiques, costume jewelry, coins, sterling silver, furniture, curio cabinets, chairs, art, antique portrait paintings, scrap books, china, glassware, home décor, collectibles, household goods, knick-knacks & more. Don’t miss this wonderful One Day Only Medfield Estate Sale!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
