The homeowner joined Harvard University and made essential contributions to automobile safety. He also was on staff at MIT and dedicated the rest of his career to engineering consulting. He was especially proud of his 18-year United States Air Force Reserve service. Additionally, he was a skilled musician, performing with various orchestras and bands in the Metro-Boston area. Both he and his wife were avid collectors.

Three floors of the house will now be open. We have brought hundreds of items up from the basement and down from the attic for this sale, including:
