Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a loaded Treasure Hunters Milford Estate Sale on Saturday July 23^rd from 9am-2pm. This is one of the oldest homes in Milford and it is filled with unique finds! You will find antiques, an incredible assortment of antique & vintage handmade hooked rugs, furniture, vintage Christmas decorations, Grandfather clock, linens, fabric, textiles, bureaus, end tables, Morris chairs, Victorian era sofa, antique light fixtures, lamps, art, lanterns, quilts, antique spinning wheels, old beds, ephemera, advertising, old books, vintage machinist tool boxes, machinist tools, old guitars, old bottles, jars, chests, vintage kitchenware, early signed baseball, vintage glassware, china, pottery, silverplate, cast iron, hardware, old bicycle, scrap wood, household goods, collectibles, knick-knacks & so much more!!! This is one sale you can’t miss!!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
