Come explore the beautiful converted barn that Karen called home for over 30 years.   Help her downsize by taking home some of the treasures she has decided to release.  

The smalls, lamps and linens are available for direct purchase throughout the sale hours.  The furniture and rugs are being sold by our best offer process.  Come view the make an offer on items detailed below at your leisure on Saturday.   You can submit your offer in person or text them to 413-551-7152 by 5:00 pm Saturday.   Remote offers welcome please include your name, cell phone and email. 

If yours is the winning offer, we will contact you Saturday Evening betwern 5:30 and 7:30.  Payment is due by 8 am Sunday.  Pick up will be Sunday November 17 or by mutual agreement later in the week.  Delivery is available within 25 miles for an additional fee.

Some items were marked sold on Friday because the winners in our online auctions that often precede our estate sales are granted advance access to shop the in person estate sale when they pick up their online auction wins.  Join our mailing list and bid and win on our online auctions in the future and you can enjoy advanced entry to our estate sales too!

We started selling the furniture and rugs by best offer during the pandemic and have stuck with this approach because of your feedback. Buyers, like you, tell us they appreciate having time to think about a major purchase and if it fits in their house both size wise and decor wise -- you have all day Saturday to come and look with no pressure as offers are not due until 5pm. Our clients prefer this method because we sell way more of the furniture this way, thereby increasing their financial returns and cutting down on their final clear out expense. Win win.
