Just a wonderful traditional and French Country inspired estate!  Everything has to go including many of the "house" features, like wall to wall carpeting (originally $70,000!), flooring, butcher block counters, cabinetry, appliances, window treatments, hardware, etc.! This house is filled with interesting and eclectic finds, sumptuous decor, antiques and contemporary furnishings, Asian decor, country kitchen items, vintage copper and MORE! The sale begins on February 14th at 9 a.m. - and it starts ONLINE! Texts before 9 will not be entertained. You can make an appointment to come in on the following three dates: 

For ONLINE SALES (beginning on Sunday, February 14th at 9 a.m.)

1. Beginning on Sunday, February 14th at 9 a.m., TEXT what you would like to buy to 774-922-2630. Please know that if you email, call, submit request through our website, submit request through estatesales.net or send up smoke signals, we will only review those request AFTER we have recorded all the orders that were texted in!!!  Once you get confirmation via text that we received your order, please expect an invoice to follow within a few hours! It will need to be paid pretty much right away as we cannot mark items SOLD until they are PAID for!

2. Be sure to give us the item number and quick description, or, if there is no item number, you will need to provide a more detailed description of the item!

3. For us to send you an invoice, we will need your name, phone number and your email. You will receive an email with an invoice: pay the invoice. All items ARE STILL FOR SALE UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT!

5. If you need a mover, we can arrange that for an additional fee depending on what is being moved and to what town.

Lastly, I have tried to put as much info below each picture as possible. If you need more pictures or measurements or information about condition, I am happy to provide this for you!  At the beginning of the sale, the prices are the prices. They are already "pandemic" prices. Please do not ask for a discount on the beginning of a multi-day sale! We are trying to do the best job we can for our client while offering great stuff at rock bottom prices. As the sale comes to a close - which isn't till Sunday, Feburary 21st- we can be more flexible on pricing!
