Needham Estate Sale LOADED!

Giant estate sale while house and barn.  Everything for sale with the exception of most appliances.

We will open on Friday, June 9 at 8 am until 2 pm and again the same hours on Saturday.

The kitchen boasts a plethora of fine small appliances with great brand names such as Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Calphalon etc.  Lots of Pyrex and Corning, table and chairs and many fine cookbooks and utensils.  A GE refrigerator is also for sale.  

The basement has loads of books both novels and history and finance.  Some vintage.   A newer washer  and dryer are also for sale.  

The dining room is loaded with fine china and glassware.  Some Waterford crystal, teacups and saucers, tablecloths both vintage and contemporary.  A fine Seth Thomas steeple mantle clock, excellent room size oriental carpets throughout.

The office has a nice kneehole desk and chair, laptops and tablets, audio equipment and tons of CDs.  Some vinyl vintage records, mostly rock.  Audio books and DVDs.  

In the hallway we have laid out a lot of newly purchased items that are unopened or unused.  Plenty of masks, sanitizers and cases of toilet paper!

The living room has a fine antique hobby horse that is completely hand painted.  It's stunning.  Leather couch, several coffee tables an organ and a piano.

The upstairs has a huge full sized bookcase loaded!!  Each room hosts one author collections.  There are two queen beds and one single bed.  Lots of clothing mostly in ladies plus sizes.   A nice collection of ladies xxl golf shirts.  Riding boots and vintage Frye boots, vintage quilts, new bedding, several coverlets etc.

The barn was once owned by a foreign race car mechanic.  There are tools and miscellaneous things he used in the garage.  Amazingly there are two Austin Healey 100 chassis stored.  Serious buyers only.   A hydraulic lift 900 psi compressor and a multitude of bottled products.  I will add photos in the next day or so.  Several standard exterior doors.  Lots of wood frame windows good for craft projects.

There are hundreds of books both in bookshelves and in the basement.  Mostly political history but many novels and other subjects.
