PLEASE NOTE: We at Golden's Estate Sales & Cleanouts run a "digital list" for the opening of each day of our sales. That just means that we do not make you drive to the property the night before or morning of to get your name on the list at the property. We find that way to be often stressful for our clients and our customers. If you would like to get your name on the "list" all you have to do is send Amanda a text (508) 558-1366 letting her know what opening you are coming to, and she will get back to you with your number in line.

It's that simple (Amanda is NOT perfect, but she tries very hard to be, if she hasn't gotten back to you please reach back out!!!!) ! We will let in as many folks as possible but usually it is around 15 at a time. As people leave, people are let in. It usually flows nicely!

If the forecast is for rain, we have a tent that we usually set up for those occurences! NOTE: If you plan to come at 10:00 or after you will most likely get right in!

Throughout the duration of the sale, there will be a certain amount of people allowed in at any given time.

Please Note: Due to our insurance company we cannot help carry large/heavy items out for our customers. Please bring assistance to help with your items. If you purchase large furniture it would be best if you could pick it up right after the sale ends on each day.

Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper/bubble wrap and some bags for your convenience. Please bring blankets to protect surroundings if bringing larger items out. We are not responsible for accidents.

Please note that the items we are selling are preowned, used and second-hand. While we endeavor to do our best to ensure that we describe any flaws, we cannot guarantee the condition of items and are not responsible for defects that are missed / not included in our description.
