Appts can be made for this sale, but are not required. We will allow a limited number of people in sale at a time, but there is a big porch in case it is raining and you have to wait a few minutes to enter.
Please call for a time slot if you wish, or just come! This is phase 2 of the sale, 2nd floor rooms as well as garage and items from a packed basement will be offered this time . Most will be brought to the ground floor and outside

*PARKING is allowed on street, on the carriage lane in front of house, but it is limited.. There are often children and people walking on this lane, so please be thoughtful. Please keep safe, and passable, this busy lane.
*Pick up parking available on property for larger items. Return for large pickups can be arranged once items are paid for.
